McLoughlins Beach is a small coastal village, located on the tidal inlet system, where the Bruthen river flows into Bass Straight, at the western end of the 90 Mile Beach.
Situated, 25 km southeast of the township of Yarram in Gippsland, with a population of approximately 80 permanent residents and a variety of holiday homes, ranging from small fishing shacks to two story homes, McLoughlins Beach provides opportunities for nature walks, bird watching, estuary, offshore and surf fishing.
Fishing and boating facilities include a boat ramp, boat berthing jetties and a footbridge that provides walking access to Ninety Mile Beach.
McLoughlins Beach foreshore is the perfect place to share a picnic, watch the abundant birdlife and enjoy beautiful views over the Nooramunga Marine and Coastal Park to Wilson's Promontontory
